Lawyer specializing in Commercial and Financial Law and a Masters in Business Law, advanced professional education and graduate in the Sergio Arboleda University, where he also served as Legal Counsel, Assistant Secretary General and Secretary General (e).

With extensive experience in the public sector, Luis Felipe Murgueitio Sicard has served as Deputy Director of the Administrative Security Department and has been advisor and consultant to organizations like the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development, the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce and the Water and Sewerage Company of Bogotá. Between 2007 and 2009, while he worked for the supervision, Luis Felipe Murgueitio Sicard held the positions of Deputy Superintendent and Superintendent for Operation Manager.
